Taking a rest

I'm keeping an eye on all bathroom projeck activities. In this spot I can see the comings and goings of all materials and progress. I'm a little concerned about a coupla things but it's moving along as best as can be expekted. The hyoomans (mostly the daddy man) keep getting into the metal monsters and going to some Low store ofur and ofur again. They might have furry friendly peoples at the store but yoo get what you pays for. We has a reeely tight skedule due to the fact that the college girl will be coming home any day now and they wants their bathroom done so they don't all haf to share the little itty bitty one downstairs. Things could get a little squirrely (did I say dat? I don't efun know what dat means!) if the timeline has any slippage.

Thirteen Things about the new Bathroom

The first thing about the new bathroom is to tell you what's in da box. It's a new tub soccer field.

The second thing is dat I'm reading the instrukshuns to help Dad and owr new furriend, Tom, put in the tub soccer field.

The third thing is making sure the new sink is the right size and color.


The fourth thing is to get Tom a coffee. Although wifout my opposable thumbs Mom helped instead.
The fifth thing is that Angie helped inspeckt da hole in da floor. Seems there was a problem wif a leak and we could see right frew to da stinky basement.The sixth thing is: LOOKIT ALL DAT INSOOLATION! Dat's what I take out of da stinky basement to get the hyoomans attention.

Seventh, eighth, and ninth thing are boxes no. 2) terlet, 3) terlet cover, 4) soft close terlet seat.

Tenth thing is da old *blue collar tv*-look terlet on da back deck. Anyone want one? Hee hee.
Eleventh thing is the new fan FINALLY.

Twelvth thing is new lights so we can see owrselves better when we jump up on da sink.

And finally, the thirteenth thing is anofur box to sleep in after all dat werk.

White Wednesday

We couldn't find any wacky or wide pictures for today so we came up wif White. White Roses, white fur, white window and a few Gerbera Daisies thrown in for a little color. There was still a little white snow in the house across the street but that is gone today because it was so warm and nice here yesterday in Connecticat or as Dad calls it *Connecti-tax*.

Big box

This am da biggest box I efur saw! And it's MINE all MINE. I don't know what's inside it but it must be furry big. Now I can run all ofur the tops of efurrything in da kitchen I a few jumps. I am da king of my box.

I don't care about the noises and mess. I am just happy to be sitting her enjoying the view. The Bang Bang noise don't bother me nor the zzzzzzzzz of the drill. I am just just happy that the old is changing to the new.

Frosty's Friday

This am owr Cousin Frosty wif his hyooman, Alaina. She am da college girl's cousin. Frosty is 17 year old meezer. Him has reely pretty blue eyes but you can't seem dem too good in this picshure. But he has a problem acoz he has cancer in his mouf but he has been showing lots of strength and fighting off dis terible disease. His hyoomans gives him lots of positive thots and healing vibes so he am doing reely good. He talks a lot when da beans go to bisit him. He tells dem dat his is doing fine. Good food?

Is dat da right kind of food? I don't want any of dat bad stuff! Lemme check it out ferst. I want to read the label and make sure it's not on the recalled list of stinky goodness. We hope that the supplier Menu foods were using (they don't say who that is) doesn't haf anyfing to do wif owr stinky goodness. I fink we need to test efurry can in da house, right Angie?

Bad food

The story about the recall for the cat and dog foods just gets my back all hunched up. Go to this website to see if you have any of the bad foods and then get rid of them! Some poor puddins and doggies died from eating those foods. It's a terrible thing. Since we are carnivores I think we should all go back to eating what we were born to eat, mice and birds (even though the humans don't like this it is natural for us).

Update on Chinook

We posted before about Chinook. He wuz having problems at home because the woofies there stressed him out. His humans couldn't find someone to take him so they brought him back to the place they got him from originally. His new home is now at the Animal Welfare Association in Voorhees, NJ. His humans said he really is a sweet and affectionate cat. He is probably in a cage because he has no claws at all to defend himself. So please keep him in your prayers and pray extra hard that he finds a new forever home. Thanks,

Da Bed

I touched it! I touched it! I touched Angie's coveted bed! Really I wuz just testing it. She doesn't seem to want to lay on the pillow part cuz it's too squishy for her. So I wuz just testing it to see what the problem wuz. Hmmmm, seems nice to me. Maybe I'll just lay down on the pillow and see if she minds. I wouldn't dare sit in the bed part .

Beau's Paw

I just wanted to show you mine paw. It is mostly better now. There is a layer of paw pad that is peeling off then I will have new paw pads! After my esperience my advice is dis: 1) if you see yur hyoomans cooking near da stove stay where you are. 2) do not jump on da counters coz yoo might get too 'acited and go near da hot spot. 3) do not in any circumstances jump on da stove top, sometimes it's just warm and sometimes it's not, it's HOT. Dat's all I gotta say.

Finally Friday

It's finally Friday! Dis is when you a supposed to stay home all weekend with us. Do you think you're going to make any more good foods this weekend? Cuz we can help you know. Anything that falls on da floor is free game for us. We'll eat it if we can or we'll just sweep it away (maybe under the stove or refrigermator where all the other stuff is). We're ready.

Mom's food

Mom's cheesecake that she made for the first time. Lo carb - sugar free. She wouldn't let us have any! Not efun a teeny tiny bite although we kept sniffing at the floor waiting for a piece of cheese to drop coz she always drops something. Since this wuz the first time she made a cheesecake we thought there'd be lots an lots of pieces for us to eat. Nope. Apparently her people at werk liked it coz there wuz no more left on the plate when she came home. The recipe is from George Stella's cookbook - Livin' Low Carb. The Dad can't eat it. It makes him sick like Angie gets sick when she eats cheese. They still want to eat it anyway. Doesn't make sense to me.

Comfy sleeping

This is mine old bed. It was way too short for me.This is mine new bed. It's still kinda short but it's fluffier. One of these days Mom will get me a nice round bed that fit's me perfectly. I'd efun let Angie sit in it. She's furry picky. She got a new bed too but she won't go in it if it has the nice fluffy pillow inside. What's da point?

Beau's Owie

I gots an OWIE again! Dis time I jumped on da stove and it was still HOT! I know I did dis before but I forgotted. Da last time it didn't hurt dat much but dis time it HURTS. Mom tried to put ice on it but I wouldn't let her. Update: I gots blisters it looks like on a few toe pads. Plus I keep wavin my paw in da air. The good fing is that is my signal to gets temptashuns when I play the slap me five game wif mom. So I keep going to high five her and she gibs me treats coz she feels so bad dat my paw has da owie.See my paw? Mom says it looks the same as it always does wif a little pink on dem pads but there might be a little white around da black on da last toe pad. It might be a blister. I don't finks I'll be jumping on da stove again.
