Fun Friday

Taking off on my furrend Derby's Fang Shui theme, this is my fang shui position of power , in the corner, with my back protected so I can focus all my energy on anyfing dat looks fun to do. Like maybe I can pounce on dat basket of toys I has. Or maybe da mom or dad bean will decide to turn on dat reely fast red light dat I can nefur seem to catch. Or maybe Angie will walk by an I can pounce on her. Dare am endless fings I can do from here.

See dem sofas behind me? Mom wants to get rid of dem. She wants somefin new and more cheerful. Dese sofas came before my time and dey are good for me to bounce on and no one can see my claw marks but da color is not a happy fang shui color she says. Da pattern looked much better in da store and when she got dem home dey looked all brown like dis. Hey, it looks kinda like da color of my baffroom in da basement stuff. Hee hee. Shhhh. Don't tell her dat. Dem sofas are comfy enuf for me. I won't let Angie on dem. Dey are mine, mine, mine! Wait a minute. Schmaybe I don't want some beans to take mine sofas. Hey Mooooommmmmm! Mom will be posting her own picture of mine sofas on somefin called Craig's list so some bean can buy dem. Sniff. Where will I sleep? Oh no.

We all love your blog too!

Daddy gave away our old sofas (they were REALLY old, like gma and gpa's time) on Craigslist but don't worry, it means there'll be better sofas for you to claim as your own!

  10. That looks like the perfect position of power, Beau! You are ready for anything now.

Your sofas look very comfy. That happens sometimes, things look different at home than the lighting in the store. I think it might be a trick.

  13. Now see, you could be a gun slinging outlaw in a bar in the old west, Beau Beau. They always sit with their backs to the walls and faces to the door to ward off evil attackers who might enter in.
Mosaic Lady has lots of bar stories from her days as a cocktail waitress in Carmel by the Sea.
    That is too old west!!!
